Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data may be stored through wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. The questionnaires are “Google Forms” so data is collected and stored as per Google’s Privacy Policy.

We may contact you in response to you completing our “Contact Us” form, or one of our questionnaires.

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service which transmits website traffic data to Google Servers in the United States. We use web traffic reports provided by Google Analytics to help us understand webpage usage and traffic and to ultimately improve the site for our readers.

How do you safeguard my image on your website?

If you have consented for an image to be displayed on our website, it will be covered by general copyright law. However, we are unable to enforce this and are not deemed responsible if an image is downloaded, copied and/or place elsewhere on the internet or other publications. If you no longer wish to have your image displayed on our website please email info@hollythelab.uk, the image will then be removed within seven working days.

 

Can I copy or download images or videos of Holly?

All images and videos of Holly are covered by general copyright law.  However, if you would like to copy or download a picture of Holly, please email us at info@hollythelab.uk, with your contact details and a brief reason for the request and which image/video you are interested in.

 

How do I remove a link to my business or charity?

We are very appreciative to those that have supported us along Holly's journey and we have added links to people's businesses etc. so to thank them. However, if you wish to have your link removed, please email us at info@hollythelab.uk.
